STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of all products from Deko Classic. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

  • Agreement: These Terms apply to all sales made through our website, social media channels, or in-person.

  • Eligibility: By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 15 years old or have parental consent to shop with us.

2. Orders and Pricing

  • Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason (e.g., pricing errors or stock unavailability).

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of VAT/Sales Tax unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Product Representation: We strive to display colors and textures accurately. However, due to digital screen variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see exactly matches the garment.

3. Payment

  • Methods: We accept EVC Plus, E-Dahab, Premier Wallet, E-Pessa, My Cash and Cash.

  • Security: Payments are processed through secure gateways. Deko Classic does not store your full credit card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 12 business hours.

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Deko Classic is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items to the address provided.

5. Returns and Exchanges

To maintain the quality of our collection, we adhere to the following:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or signs of wear will be rejected.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, [e.g., earrings, bodysuits, or sale items] are final sale.

  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping fees.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Deko Classic platform-including logos, photography, and design-is the property of Deko Classic and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Deko Classic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Somali Government.
